The City Commission is looking at allowing the moving of two historic structures from the site of a new development -- that promises to provide some "affordable" housing in the walk to downtown area -- to Pioneer Park off Cocoanut Ave and 12th St. It is never easy to give up park land. But depending on the "deal" it may be a good compromise.
