We watched the boat parade across from Marina Jacks in between the Banyan Trees. Another great weekend event. Great weather ... fun .. lots of picnics.

What parade where you at?

I was there pretty close to the dolphin fountain and I didn't have an invitation to anything....

Boat Parade 2005

Can anyone tell me why better than half of Island Park was Police-protected and blocked the majority of average citizens from viewing the XMAS boat parade? There was a VIP invitation only party for about 16 or 20 assholes at the end of the park...so they blocked us all into half the park's area. Screw Sarasota.....
