Gator Club sells for $3,000,000

A unique piece of Sarasota has just been sold ... but the new owner Larry Siegel says it will stay the Gator Club. Lets hope it stays the landmark it is. Here is the story from the Sarasota Herald Tribune
Yes it's OK to have a cab in front of a bar in the afternoon... better safe than sorry.

Yeah I agree with you. Hopefully Larry keeps the Gator Club the way it is. $3 mil seems like a fair price for that piece of property. Do you know if that price included the building?
