moraca.org has moved to a spankin' brand new server ... and I upgraded the software I use to run this blog. ( drupal 4.7cvs I am on the bleeding tech edge!! )

I know there were some service interuptions but since the world won't end if "we" can't read this blog stuff it's not serious.
