Sarasota Livin'

This article in the SRQ Herald Tribune made me look at home sales in my neighborhood.. they are going up pretty quick. We have several listings over $300,000 and I see on the Sarasota Property Appraiser Web Site that several have recently sold for close to that.

I guess I am glad. Good to be building up equity somewhere. Sarasota is pretty reasonable in price off of the water.
