1335 2nd Street (First revised site plan): This is the 1st revision to a site plan for development of a 47-unit residential condominium. The project requests additional density under the provisions of the Downtown Residential Overlay District as well as major and minor encroachments. The 0.24± acre site is located on the north side of 2nd Street across from the

Washington Place (200 S. Washington Blvd.): Site plan application for development of a mixed-use structure consisting of 69 residential condominiums and 20,500 sq. ft. of retail/office space in a 180 ft high structure. Premiere at Main Plaza (1900 Fruitville Road): Site plan application for development of a mixed-use project with 118 residential condominiums, 39,950 sq. ft of retail and 29,425 sq feet of office. Devonshire Park: Site plan, minor conditional use and final subdivision applications for proposed development of 26 attached single-family residences with 14 accessory dwelling units. The site is located in the block bounded by Rawls Avenue (on the west), Devonshire Lane (on the north) and Alderman Street (on the south) in the RSM-9 zone district. Any guess what the average price will be .... don't know but I guess it is well over $600K

Believe it or not there are more items on the agenda but they are not in downtown...

If all of these projects get built that's another 600 people downtown (and Laurel Park)... remember this is in addition to the stuff under construction (which is way more units than 282)... that line at the pizza place is just going to get longer and longer... at least these people won't have to worry about parking.
