Payne Park is moving along. I think it is pretty close to grass and trees

I have still been super busy at work on an all consuming project so I have not been doing much else but I did go for a nice bike ride this morning.

It was pretty much my semi - normal route. There is always some much to see. I know 10 years from now these pictures will be "historic" as the area is changing so much even now in our "real estate slump" -- which is very real but -- I am sure -- not permanent.

I just don't see many of the condo's looking lived in. Are they all really owned by "new jersey dentists" or a bunch just not really sold??? Please let them get down to my price range.
