The famous dolphin fountain at Island Park

Golden Gate Point is creating a new backdrop for this fountain..


The great kids play area at the other end of Island Park. Not a bad crowd for almost October..


Downtown now has a Starbucks. I like local companies like Metro (I guess someone local may own the Sarasota Starbucks franchise). Anyway the girls love the mocha frappe whatever drinks at Starbucks. -- note I got an email from Betsy saying Metro has great " METROfreezes"


Speaking of conspiracies... I frequently wonder if everything is controlled ... oh that's crazy...

Starbucks

I am pretty sure that Starbuck's does not offers franchises. They are probably way too profitable to share them money with a franchisee. It is amazing how busy they are. So, most likely the money is going to the headquarters in Seattle.
