Palm Beach Rants and Raves: The Housing "Bubblette" This ties in with my earlier post on housing prices.

I looked at the study by National City Corp. Pretty big PDF file... Sarasota is 25% over priced so their economists say.... I feel OK seeing their detailed data. In 25 years Sarasota average prices didn't go down.. growth just slowed / stopped for a number of years.
