It is a great neighborhood to explore. Many suprises. It is the neighborhood between New College and Ringling School of Art, east of the Trail. This area has lots of wonderful spaces. It may not be inexpensive but I am sure it is much more reasonable than most parts of Sarasota. Lets hope it stays that way. We want the current residents and more of the students to be able to afford to continue to live in the area...
