Sarasota Livin'

Thinking about this issue after viewing some of the lectures at the Affordable Housing Design Advisor. I really am convinced that Sarasota needs to look at higher densities in the near to downtown neighbhorhoods.

I personally would like to own a 4 unit apartment building around Payne Park or north of Fruitville along Central Ave.
