Rezone 736 Central Ave. & 1428 8th St.
to change property from Downtown Urban General (DUG) to Downtown Urban Mixed-Use (FUMU) District. Preliminary step to rezone from both RMF-3 (Residential Multiple Family-3) and Commerical Intenstive (CI) to Downtown Edge (DTE).
Applicant intends to consolidate two lots in order to develop a 22,910 SF Medical/Office faciility w/58 proposed parking spaces.
